In a significant move89k, the Bihar cabinet was expanded today, with the induction of seven new ministers into Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's team. This development takes on added importance as the state gears up for assembly elections slated for later this year.

At a ceremony held in the Raj Bhavan here, Governor Arif Mohammad Khan administered the oath of office to the new inductees who raised the strength of the Cabinet to 36.
